Returns

15 Day Return policy 

We are committed to providing our customers with the finest quality jewelry and customer service. SC Girl LLC guarantees the authenticity and quality of every item we sell. However, we understand when purchasing an item as specific as jewelry once tried on, you may want to return the item.

1. Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days from the date of receipt.
2. Please include original invoices and any paperwork with the return.
3. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.  Any signs of damage or alteration will not be accepted for a 100% refund and at which point a 50% restocking fee will be applied to the return.
4. You will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price credited back to the original payment method within 24-72 hours of us receiving the return. Please note that certain payment methods may take 3-7 business days to fully process the refund back to your account after it has been initiated.
5. International Returns: Refunds will only cover the price of the item. Any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments, as well as the cost of returning the item, will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds on taxes and duties for returns may be available from your country's customs department. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit for returns sent from outside the USA. Please ensure that on export forms, it is clearly stated that the shipment is a return to reduce the likelihood of items being held up in customs.

Please note: We recommend insuring your returns, if your item is lost or stolen, the family jewel co is not responsible for reimbursing the original purchased item amount.

We highly recommend returning the jewelry in its original packaging, as it is specifically designed to protect the items during transit and maintain discretion, failing to do so could result in a damaged item that will not be accepted for a 100% of the purchased item total.
